My husband and I were new to the area. We relocated from Oregon to Fort Bragg for the Army and are still not very familiar with the town. We were nervous as this is our first time buying a home. Earl put all our worries to ease. He was extremely professional and personable. He talked us through every bit of the inspection. My husband and I feel we now know our home inside and out almost as well as an expert. We had friends who have had bad experiences with other home inspectors so we were nervous.
